What are your favorite features of the home?

• There are many features we enjoy but love the location more than anything. It’s a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The view of the pond from our house is beautiful, not to mention the ease of getting to the walking path from our house. We like having a corner lot with driveway access from the garden garage to the street. We get good light throughout the morning/day and love the shaded leisure time on the deck in the afternoons. Being close to the golf course and skiing is a plus.

What made you buy this home?

• We loved the home and especially the location. We could see that it was a great neighborhood that is well maintained, on the edge of town but still close to shopping and activities we enjoy.

Why are you selling?

• We are relocating for job opportunities.

Are there any other features or items we should tell buyers about?

• The home has the EverLights system installed. The lights are not noticeable during the day and look fantastic at night. The app is easy to use. You never have to hang Christmas lights again but it’s also fun to be able to turn on the lights for other holidays and occasions.
